Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LCMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the platform or use any services.
2. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, LCMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make use of the LCMS software for your professional legal practice.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of LCMS, you agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ensure that all data inputted into the system complies with applicable laws, including client confidentiality and privilege rules of the Bar Council.
- Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any LCMS system or network.
4. Fees & Payments
Access to premium features requires payment of subscription fees as described on our Pricing page. All fees are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension of your account.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our servers.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LCMS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
LCMS is a management tool, not a legal advisory service. We are not responsible for missed court dates, filed documents, or any legal outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the software.
