Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
At LCMS, we strive to ensure our software meets the high standards required by legal professionals. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the software before committing to a paid plan. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with LCMS within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
- The refund period begins on the date of your first payment.
- Refunds do not apply to subsequent subscription renewals (monthly or annual).
- Refunds do not apply to custom development fees or onboarding service fees.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible 14-day window, please send an email to billing@lcms.pk with your account email address and the reason for the cancellation. Our billing team will process the request within 3-5 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the "Billing" section of your dashboard. Canceling your subscription will stop all future recurring charges.
If you cancel after the 14-day refund period, you will retain access to your LCMS account until the end of your current billing cycle (e.g., the end of the month or year you have paid for). We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
5. Exceptions
LCMS reserves the right to deny a refund request if we detect fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., using the platform for illegal activities).
